Ingredients
- Fried tofu : Three
- cabbage : 1/4 piece
- onion : 1/2 piece
- garlic : 1 piece
- oil : 1 tablespoon
- Tianmian sauce : 2 tablespoons
- Liquor : 2 tablespoons
- sweet sake : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 1 tablespoon
- Doubanjiang : 1 tsp
- Sesame oil : 1 tsp

Cut the ingredients

Cut the cabbage into small pieces and wash with water.
Slice the onion into 3mm widths.
Drain the fried tofu with kitchen paper, cut it in half, and then cut it into 8 equal parts.
Slice the garlic into 1mm width. -

Add sugar, sake, mirin, tianmian sauce, and doubanjiang to the bowl and mix well.

Add oil to a frying pan and fry the garlic.
When the scent comes out, add the onions and fry.
When the oil turns, add cabbage and fried tofu and fry.
When about 50% is cooked, add the sauce from 2) and fry.
Finally, add sesame oil and you're done.
Point
・ To remove the oil from the fried tofu, simply hold it with kitchen paper and absorb the oil.
・ By using fried tofu instead of meat, you can save money, and the fried tofu absorbs the sauce well and goes well with vegetables.
・ It is also recommended to use side dishes, snacks, and rice bowls.
