Ingredients

- (A) baking powder : 小さじ1

- (B) Unadjusted soymilk : 大さじ3
- (B) vanilla oil : 5滴
- Granulated sugar (for dough) : 30g
- Granulated sugar (for topping) : 適量
- 揚げ油 : 適量

Place silken tofu in another bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add granulated sugar (for dough) and (B) in that order, and mix each time.
Add the mixed (A) while sifting and mix with a rubber spatula. -

Point
