Ingredients
- milk : 300g (150g×2)
- 練乳 : 30g
- グラニュー糖 : 25g
- (A) Powdered gelatin : 5g
- (A) cold water : 25g

Put 150g of milk, granulated sugar, and condensed milk in a heat-resistant bowl and heat at 600W for 20 seconds.
Stir with a rubber spatula until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved.
Place 1 in the microwave and heat at 600W for 20 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and stir well to completely dissolve the gelatin.
Add melted gelatin and mix.
Add 150g of milk and mix.
Strain through a colander. -

Point
・The time required to cool the product in the refrigerator is not included.
・As 150g of milk is used twice, a total of 300g is required.
・The temperature of the cold water used to soak the gelatin should be below 10℃.
・Adjust the time for soaking the container in hot water in step 4 depending on how the milk pudding comes out of the container.
