Ingredients

  • 1.6mm pasta : 100g
  • 牛豚合い挽き肉 : 100g
  • 赤ワイン : 100㏄
  • 玉ねぎ : 60g
  • にんにく : 1片
  • 塩コショウ : 適量
  • オリーブオイル : 小さじ1
  • トマト缶 : 100g
  • (A)Water : 350㏄
  • (A)Consommé : 小さじ1と1/2
  • (A) Salt : 小さじ1/4
  • (B)バター : 10g
  • (B) Nutmeg : 3振り
  • (B) Black pepper : 適量
  • 粉チーズ : 適量
  • 乾燥パセリ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 03:40

    にんにくを潰して粗みじん切りにする。
    玉ねぎもみじん切りにする。

  2. 2) Stir-fry the ingredients 05:15

    Heat a frying pan, add olive oil and minced beef and pork, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
