- サバの水煮缶 : 1/2缶
- 大葉 : 5枚
- (A)めんつゆ : 大さじ1
- (A)レモン汁 : 大さじ1/3〜
- (A)オリーブオイル : 大さじ2/3
- (A)ニンニクチューブ : 3cm
- 塩 : 少々
- ブラックペッパー : 少々
- 水 : 230cc

Fold the pasta in half and place it in a heatproof bowl.
Add water.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave at 600W for 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
Discard water. -

Add a can of boiled mackerel, shredded shiso leaves using kitchen scissors, and (A) to 1.
Loosen the mackerel meat from the boiled can of mackerel and mix.
Add salt and adjust the taste. -
