Mix soybean flour and pancake mix in a bowl.
Add milk to the bowl and mix. -

Pour the batter from step 1 into a container, remove the air, and cover with plastic wrap.
Heat in a 500w microwave for 4 minutes.
Remove the dough from the container and remove the rough heat from the dough.
Peel off the cookie sheet and complete.
Point
・It is best to use a tall container as the dough will double in size when baked.
・When removing air from the dough, drop it from a high place about 3 times.
- Be careful as it will be very hot immediately after taking it out of the microwave.
・After the dough is baked, check for doneness by pointing at the dough with a toothpick.
・A simple but elegant soybean flour steamed bread with a gentle soybean flour aroma.
