Ingredients
- ブロッコリー : 1/2房
- オリーブオイル : 大さじ2
- にんにく : 1片
- 厚切りベーコン : 50g
- イカの塩辛 : 大さじ1と1/2
- 鷹の爪 : 1個
- 水(ブロッコリー用) : 100ml
- 水(パスタ用) : 400ml
- EXV olive oil : 大さじ1/2
- バター : 5g
- 昆布茶 : 小さじ1/2

ボウルに水を張り、ブロッコリーの房をつけて振りながら洗う。
5分浸けておく。
水気を切って茎と房に切り分ける。
茎の周りの硬い皮を切り落とす。
茎の中心部分を小さめの角切りにする。
房部分は小さめに切る。
にんにくをみじん切りにする。
厚切りベーコンを0.5cmの角切りにする。 -

Tilt the frying pan diagonally and add the olive oil, garlic, thickly sliced bacon, and salted squid.
Heat over low heat to bring out the aroma.
When the garlic and bacon start to brown, add the broccoli and hawk claws.
Stir-fry the broccoli to absorb the oil.
Add water (for broccoli), cover, and steam-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Mash the broccoli and break it up into small pieces.
Add water (for pasta) and kombucha, and use a spatula to scrape off any burnt bits stuck to the bottom of the pot. -

When the boiling water runs out, check the hardness of the pasta, and if it's still hard, add more water and bring to a simmer.
When the water evaporates again, turn off the heat, add butter and EXV olive oil, and mix it with the pasta. -

・If you don't want the hawk claws to be spicy, remove the seeds and add them.
