- 水 : 大さじ2

- にんじん : 5㎝分
- マカロニ : 50g~60g
- (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ3
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)酢 : 小さじ1
- 黒コショウ : 適量
- 乾燥パセリ : 適量

下ごしらえをする

Boil water in a pot.
Divide the carrot into quarters lengthwise and cut into cubes.
Cut off the stems from the cucumbers and cut them into cubes like you would the carrots. -

具材を電子レンジで加熱する

耐熱ボウルに卵2個を割り入れ、黄身にフォークで穴を開ける。
水と1のにんじんを加え、ラップをかけて600wの電子レンジで1分30秒加熱する。 -

マカロニを茹でる

1で沸かした湯が沸いたらマカロニを入れて茹でる。
茹であがったらザルに上げる。 -

具材を混ぜ合わせる

Remove Step 2 from the microwave, cover with plastic wrap, and let the remaining heat cook until the macaroni is boiled.
Discard any remaining water in the heatproof bowl.
Transfer to another bowl and mash lightly with a spatula or fork.
Add macaroni from step 3 and (A) and mix while still warm.
Once it has cooled down, put the cucumber from step 1 on top, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator.
Once cooled, take it out and mix it all together. -

Point
・If you do not use a microwave for the second step, you can use boiled eggs and carrots boiled for 1 minute.
・When adding seasonings, mix the ingredients while they are still warm so that the mixture has a nice texture.
・After chilling in the refrigerator, mix the cucumbers and mix everything together.
