Cut the fried tofu into 8 pieces, place in a bowl, and add boiling water to remove the oil.
Peel the eggplant and cut into quarters.
Slice 2-3 pieces of ginger.
Remove the stems from the okra, sprinkle with salt (not listed in ingredients), and slice.
Cut chicken into desired size. -

Add (A) and bring to a boil over high heat.

Point

・For chicken, use thigh meat.
・After removing the stems from the okra, tap it lightly with a knife.
・Use a deep frying pan.
