Ingredients
- かぼちゃ : 200g
- 鶏もも肉 : 250g
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A)Vinegar : 小さじ2
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
- salt : 少々
- pepper : 少々
- potato starch : 大さじ1

Add (A) to a bowl and mix.

Remove pumpkin seeds and pulp with a spoon.
Cut into 3cm wide and 1cm thick pieces and place in a heat-resistant container.
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with potato starch. -

Prepare the chicken thighs

Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan over medium heat.
Arrange the pumpkin on one side of the frying pan.
Place the chicken thighs on the other half, skin side down, and grill.
