- 鶏手羽中ハーフ : 300g
- れんこん : 200g
- (A)Water : 200 cc
- (A) Black vinegar : 大さじ4
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ3
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
- はちみつ : 大さじ1〜2
- 鷹の爪 : 適量
- 黒胡椒 : 適量

Cut the lotus root into bite-sized pieces less than 1cm thick.
Crush and lightly chop the garlic. -
