- ちくわ : 4～5本
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Cooking sake : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/2
- バター : 5g
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ご飯 : 1杯分
- 七味唐辛子 : 適量

Cut the chikuwa

Cut the chikuwa into quarters lengthwise, cut into 5mm pieces and place in a bowl.
Add potato starch and water (not listed) and mix well. -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add (1) and stir-fry. When it becomes golden brown, add (A).
Stir and fry until (A) is mixed.
Turn off the heat, add the butter, and sprinkle with black pepper. -

Complete by placing 2 on top of the rice in the bowl.
Point
・Be careful not to cut the chikuwa too finely, as the texture of the chikuwa will be lost.
・Butter may be margarine.
- Mixing chikuwa with potato starch gives it a crunchy texture.
・Add shichimi chili pepper to your preference.
