- バター : 5g
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ご飯 : 1杯分
- 七味唐辛子 : 適量

Cut the chikuwa

Cut the chikuwa into quarters lengthwise, cut into 5mm pieces and place in a bowl.
Add potato starch and water (not listed) and mix well. -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add (1) and stir-fry. When it becomes golden brown, add (A).
Stir and fry until (A) is mixed.
Turn off the heat, add the butter, and sprinkle with black pepper. -

・Butter may be margarine.
