- ちくわ : 4~5本
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Cooking sake : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/2
- バター : 5g
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ご飯 : 1杯分
- 七味唐辛子 : 適量

                        Cut the chikuwa

                        Cut the chikuwa into quarters lengthwise, cut into 5mm pieces and place in a bowl. 
 Add potato starch and water (not listed) and mix well.

                        Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. 
 Add (1) and stir-fry. When it becomes golden brown, add (A).
 Stir and fry until (A) is mixed.

Point
                            ・Be careful not to cut the chikuwa too finely, as the texture of the chikuwa will be lost.
・Butter may be margarine.
