Add chives cut into desired sizes, canned tuna, and salted kelp and mix well. -

Point
・In the video, the silken tofu used is the waterless type.
・By adding rice flour first to absorb the water from the tofu, it prevents it from becoming floury.
- Add oil to the canned tuna from step 1.
