Cut the chikuwa into small pieces.
Thinly slice the carrot diagonally from the edge, then line it up and cut into julienne slices.
Chop the enoki mushrooms from the ends without removing the stones.
Loosen the base of the enoki mushrooms. -

Heat oil (not listed), add carrots and stir-fry.
Add chikuwa and stir-fry.
Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry.
Add water, cover, and heat over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add (A) and okara and mix.
Once the okara is cooked, turn off the heat.
Add green onions and mix to complete.

・Adding enoki mushrooms eliminates the unique texture of okara.
・Pour water (not listed) into a frying pan and heat it, and when it evaporates, the frying pan is hot.
・Chikuwa, enoki mushrooms, and carrots have a sweet taste, so don't add sugar.
