- banana : 2 pieces (approx. 130-140g)
- ホットケーキミックス : 150g
- 揚げ油 : 適量

Place a thick bag on top of the scale and weigh the peeled bananas.
Mash the bananas by rubbing them into a thick bag with your hands.
Add the pancake mix and mix well with your hands from the top of the thick bag until well mixed.
Cut the edge of the thick bag with scissors. -

Add oil to the frying pan and heat over medium heat.
After about 3 to 4 minutes, add chopsticks and when fine bubbles start to rise, turn the heat to low. -

Squeeze out the dough, cut the tip with chopsticks, and put it into the pot.
Fry for about 3 to 4 minutes, and when it becomes golden brown, take it out into a vat and it's done.
Point
・Ripe bananas are recommended.
・If the dough doesn't come together, add 1 tablespoon of water or milk to adjust the consistency.
・If you are frying small pieces of dough, cut the dough into approximately 1cm pieces, or if you are frying large pieces, cut it into 2cm pieces.
・If you run out of dough in the thick bag in step 3, use a card or ruler to move the dough to the edge.
- If you want to add sweetness, sprinkle the dough with sugar while it is still hot after frying in step 3.
