  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Chicken soup base : 小さじ2
  • (A) Bonito powder : 2g
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (A) Lard : 小さじ2
  • 豚肉 : 80g
  • にんにく : 1片
  • 黒コショウ : 適量
  • そうめん : 100g
  • 小ネギ : 適量
  • ごま油 : 小さじ1
  • ゆでたまご : 1個

Procedure
