- 新玉ねぎ : 300g
- 生姜 : 10g
- (A) Apple cider vinegar : 大さじ5
- (A) Cane sugar : 大さじ3
- (A) Lemon juice : 少々

Cut the onion in half and peel it.
Cut off both ends and slice thinly along the grain.
Place the onions on top of a colander and leave for 10 minutes.
Chop the ginger finely.
Place on top of fresh onions. -

Add (A) to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Place (A) in a storage container, add 1, and close the lid.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least a day and it's done.
Point
・New onions weigh 300g net.
After cutting the spring onions, place them on a colander and leave them exposed to air for about 10 minutes to reduce the spiciness.
*Time spent in the refrigerator is not included in the time required.
・It is recommended to soak it for more than a day.
・Can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week.
・Lemon juice can be substituted with citrus fruits such as yuzu.
・Cane sugar can be substituted with beet sugar.
