・Use a 1.3L heat-resistant container with a lid and a heat-resistant temperature of 140 degrees.
・Use medium size eggs.
・If you leave a small amount of sweet potato in Step 2, leave a lot of the skin on.
・You can line a heat-resistant container with parchment paper instead of plastic wrap.
