Ingredients
- Frozen peeled edamame : 80g
- 冷凍むきエビ : 100g
- 卵 : 3個
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- (A)Chinese seasoning : 小さじ1
- (A)料理酒 : 小さじ1
- (A)醬油 : 小さじ8分目
- (A)水 : 100㏄
- (A)片栗粉 : 小さじ1
- (B) Salt and pepper : 適量
- (B)卵白 : 大さじ1/2 (材料の卵から分けておく)

- 油 : 大さじ2
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
