- Chicken fillet : 5本
- salt : 適量
- コショウ : 適量

- (A) Ketchup : 大さじ3
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- にんにく : 1/2片
- 酢 : 大さじ1

Procedure

Prepare the chicken tenderloins

Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them in half lengthwise.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on one side.
Sprinkle flour over the dough, coat evenly and leave for 10 minutes. -

Combine (A) and minced garlic in a bowl and mix.
Add vinegar and mix. -

Add oil to a frying pan and heat.
When it is hot, add 1 and fry while turning.
Once the whole surface is browned, remove from the oven and drain the oil. -

Point
・Alcohol can be substituted with water.
- Vinegar can be substituted with 1/2 tablespoon of Tabasco, but we recommend using Tabasco.
When removing the tendons, it is a good idea to pinch the tendons with a fork and then pinch them between a paper towel and pull them out.
- If you leave it for 10 minutes after sprinkling the flour on, it will blend and become less likely to peel off.
