Ingredients
- Cream cheese : 200g
- sugar (for the dough) : 30g

- Fresh cream (for the dough) : 150ml
- (A)Fresh cream : 50ml
- (A) Sugar : 10g
- (A) Mascarpone cheese : 50g

Add sugar (for the dough) and mix.
Add lemon juice and mix. -
