Ingredients
- 鶏もも肉 : 1 piece (350g)
- (A)Miso : 大さじ2
- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Grated ginger : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1

Prepare the chicken thighs

Remove the sinew, skin, and excess fat from the chicken thighs.
Poke holes in the chicken thighs with a fork here and there.
Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Press lightly with kitchen paper to remove moisture from chicken thighs. -

Marinate in miso sauce

Put (A) into a plastic bag and mix well.
Add 1, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. -

Remove the chicken thighs from the plastic bag and use kitchen paper to wipe away excess miso sauce.
Set aside the remaining seasonings in the plastic bag. -

Spread sesame oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Place 3 in a frying pan with the skin side facing down, reduce the heat to low, cover, and bake for 5 minutes.
Once it's browned, turn it over and fry for 2-3 minutes over medium-low heat.
Turn off the heat, wipe off excess oil from the frying pan, add the remaining miso sauce from Step 3, and simmer over medium heat for about 1 minute. -

・In the video, the miso used is mixed miso with dashi soup.
・You can use any miso you like, but adjust the seasonings depending on the taste of the miso.
