Crack the dark chocolate (70%) into a bowl.
Add unsalted butter and heat for 30 to 60 minutes.
Add brown sugar, sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda in that order and mix. -

Put the dough from step 1 into the squeezer.
Pour the batter from step 1 into the cake cup.
Bake in the microwave at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
Finish by adding salt (not listed).
Point
-The required time does not include the time to melt the dark chocolate (70%) and unsalted butter.
・The batter will swell during baking, so when pouring the batter into the cake cup, fill it up to about 6 minutes into the cake cup.
・We use 70% dark chocolate.
・We use low-gluten flour for soft flour.
