Ingredients
- (A) Milk : 50ml
- (A) Powdered gelatin : 5g(1袋)
- (B) Yogurt : 400g
- (B) Sugar : 60g
- 生クリーム : 200ml

Place the biscuits in a bag, remove the air and seal.
Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin.
Heat the unsalted butter in a 600W microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds.
Add the melted unsalted butter to a bag and rub in.
Place in a mold and press down with the back of a spoon or cup.

Add the cream and mix with a hand mixer on low speed for about 2-3 minutes, then on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the cream from the ice water (not included in the recipe) and place in the refrigerator.
Mix (A) in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave at 600W for approximately 30 to 40 seconds.
Mix (A) to dissolve the powdered gelatin.
Add (B) to another bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add (A) while mixing (B).
Add a small amount of chilled cream and mix, then pour it back into the bowl with the yogurt and mix. -

Point

You can substitute whipped cream for the cream.
