- にら : 適量
- (A)水 : 600㏄
- (A)塩 : 6g
- (A)粉末和風だし : 1包
- (A)薄口醬油 : 大さじ1

- (B)塩 : 2.5g
- (B)豆板醬 : 大さじ2
