- 塩 : 小さじ1
- 水 : 300ml
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- oil (for frying) : 適量
- (A) Tomato ketchup : 50g
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)黒酢 : 大さじ1
- (A)水 : 大さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1/2
- oil (for sauce) : 小さじ1
- Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- 爪楊枝 : 適量

Procedure

Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1mm thick pieces.
Place the cut potatoes, salt and water in a bowl and let stand for 20 minutes.
Wash potatoes under running water and drain.
Sprinkle potato starch over potatoes.
Arrange the potatoes and secure with a rolled toothpick. -

フライパンを温め(A)を加えて火にかける。
油(ソース用)とごま油を加えて混ぜる。 -

Point
・When sowing potatoes, arrange them so that the potatoes are a little smaller at the front and gradually get larger.
・If the potatoes are about to fall apart, poke them with two or three toothpicks.
・Recommended for Christmas menu.
・Wrap the potatoes so that they resemble a mille-feuille.
