Ingredients

- (A) Cane sugar : 90g
- (A) Rum : 大さじ1
- (B) Almond poodle : 65g
- (B)Rice flour : 45g
- (B) Cocoa powder : 8g
- (B)Baking powder : 3g
- 無塩バター : 90g

Make chocolate browned butter

Heat unsalted butter in a saucepan to make browned butter.
When it starts to change color, remove it from the heat.
Cool to around 60℃.
Add the sweet chocolate and wait 1 minute, stirring well to melt. -

Sift and add (B) and mix well.
