Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 1 piece (300g)
- 油 : 適量
- 胡椒 : 適量
- (A)Miso : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ2
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Garlic : 小さじ1

Procedure

Prepare the chicken thighs

Place the chicken thighs in a bowl.
Mix (A) and add to the chicken thighs.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Wipe the moisture from the chicken thighs with kitchen paper. -

Heat a frying pan and add oil.
Arrange the chicken thighs, skin side down.
Turn heat to medium and cover with aluminum foil.
Reduce heat to low and bake for 12 minutes.
Once browned, turn it over and move it to the edge of the frying pan.
Wipe off any burnt or excess fat.
Bake for about 3 minutes. -

・Amount for 1 plate.
・Use your favorite miso.
・For garlic, use grated garlic.
・The time required to marinate the chicken thighs in (A) is not included in the required time.
・Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
・If you wipe off the water on the surface of the chicken thighs and marinate them in (A), the odor will be removed and the meat will be delicious.
