Prepare the sweet potatoes

Peel the sweet potato, cut off both ends, and cut into 1cm pieces.
Add water (not listed) and sweet potatoes to a bowl and soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
Drain the water and place the sweet potatoes in a heatproof bowl.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for 5 minutes.
Crush it with a fork.
Add milk and mix with a rubber spatula. -

Roll each frozen puff pastry sheet thinly with a rolling pin.
Place 1 on the frozen pie sheet and spread it all over.
Cover with remaining frozen puff pastry.
Cut into 16 equal pieces.
Twist each piece of dough twice to shape it. -

Spread aluminum foil on a baking sheet and place 2 pieces side by side.
Bake in a 1000W toaster for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the baking sheet, remove from heat, and serve.

・When baking in a toaster, if the surface becomes brown, cover with aluminum foil.
