Ingredients
- そば : 2束
- 豚バラ薄切り肉 : 120g
- 長ネギ : 1/2本
- カレールウ : 2片
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
- (A)Chicken soup base : 小さじ1/2
- (B) Mentsuyu : 大さじ1と1/2
- (B) Water : 600ml
- ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- 塩胡椒 : 適量

Slice the green onion diagonally into thin slices, leaving about 8 cm of the green top part intact.
Cut the remaining top part of the green onion into small pieces and set aside.
Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Finely chop the curry roux. -

Add sesame oil to a frying pan, spread it around, turn the heat on medium and heat for 30 seconds.
Spread the thinly sliced pork belly in a frying pan and fry.
When both sides are browned, turn off the heat and take out into a baking tray.
While the oil from the thinly sliced pork belly remains in the frying pan, add the green onions.
Turn the heat to medium and stir-fry until browned.
Return the thinly sliced pork belly to the frying pan and stir-fry.
Add (A) and fry while stirring. -

灰汁を取り除く。
火を止めてカレールウを入れる。
カレールウが溶けたら火加減中火で火にかけて沸騰させる。
蓋をして3分煮込む。
蓋を開け、かき混ぜて火を止めて置いておく。 -

Fill a frying pan or pot with water (not listed) and bring to a boil.
Add soba noodles and boil.
Once boiled, drain and rinse with cold water.
Drain. -

Mix the soup and soba together and bring to a boil again over medium-high heat.
Arrange in a bowl and top with chopped green onions.
Point
・Ingredients are for 2 people.
・You may use onions instead of green onions.
・In the video, the mentsuyu used is 2x concentrated.
・By frying the pork belly and green onions until they are browned, the flavor will come out.
・If you melt half of the curry roux in a ladle with the liquid in it, then add it in so that no lumps remain.
・When boiling soba, boil it for 1 minute less than the boiling time written on the package.
