Cut off the root of the garlic, peel it, remove any sprouts and finely chop just one clove.
Remove the leaves from the parsley stems and finely chop. -

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add 5 peeled garlic cloves.
Heat the frying pan at an angle and fry the garlic until browned.
After removing the garlic, transfer the garlic oil from the frying pan to a separate dish.
While you are making the sauce, add water (not included in the recipe) to a pot, bring to a boil, and cook the pasta.
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic oil to a frying pan, heat and add the minced garlic.
Add one chili pepper and a suitable amount of sliced chili peppers and stir fry.When the garlic has browned, add the parsley and continue to stir fry.
When the parsley becomes fragrant, add 1 ladleful of the pasta cooking water and mix. -

- Dried parsley can be used, but using fresh parsley will improve the flavor.
