- Somi Shantung : 1 tsp
- Soy sauce : 1 tsp
- Curry powder : 1 tsp

Slice the onion into 2mm widths.
Cut the trumpet mushrooms in half horizontally and then cut into strips 2 mm wide.
Slice the garlic into 1mm width. -

Add sake, Somi shokuhin, soy sauce, and curry powder to the bowl and mix well.

Add onions and wieners and fry.
When the onions are a little clear, add the trumpet mushrooms and fry.
When the whole ingredients are cooked, add the sauce and fry.
When the taste is familiar, add leek and fry quickly to complete.
Point
・ When adding the sauce, even if the Somi Shantung is not completely melted and remains, it is okay to add it as it is. It melts by subsequent heating.
・ Since leek is easy to cook, it is enough to add it at the end and fry it lightly.
