  • 塩 : 少々
  • 薄力粉 : 大さじ1
  • 卵 : 1個
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ3
  • (A)酢 : 大さじ3
  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ2
  • (B)マヨネーズ : 大さじ2
  • (B)牛乳 : 大さじ1
  • ゆで卵 : 1個
  • 刻みキュウリ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 00:23

    卵を8分茹でる。
    鶏むね肉は2cm幅くらいに斜め切りし、塩を振って馴染ませる。
    薄力粉を薄くまぶして置いておく。

  2. 2) 甘酢だれを作る 01:40

    ボウルに(A)を入れて混ぜ、600Wの電子レンジで3分半加熱する。

  3. 3) タルタルソースを作る 02:26

    ボウルに(B)を入れて混ぜる。
    ゆで卵の殻をむき、細かく刻んで加える。
    混ぜ合わせる。

  4. 4) 揚げる 03:30

    ボウルに卵を溶いて、薄力粉をまぶした鶏むね肉を入れて卵を絡ませる。
    フライパンの油を注ぎ入れて火にかけて温め、鶏むね肉を入れて揚げる。
    片面が固まったら裏返して、両面の衣を固め、全体で6分ほど揚げる。
    揚がったらキッチンペーパーの上に取り出して油を切る。
    ボウルに入れて2をかけて絡ませる。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 05:19

    Place chopped cucumber on a plate and top with 4.
