Ingredients

  • white chocolate : 40g
  • Matcha (for ice cream) : 10g
  • 牛乳 : 50g
  • (A)Fresh cream : 120ml
  • (A) Sweetened condensed milk : 30g
  • Matcha (for panna cotta) : 8g
  • Cane sugar (for panna cotta) : 20g
  • 生クリーム : 80ml
  • 板ゼラチン : 5g
  • (B) Milk : 300ml
  • (B) Cane sugar : 25g
  • (C) Shiratamako : 50g
  • (C) Cane sugar : 8g
  • (C)Water : 35g〜
  • あんこ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) make ice cream 00:20

    Chop the white chocolate with a knife, put it in a container, and melt it in a double boiler.
    Sift in the matcha (for ice cream) in two batches, stirring each time with a rubber spatula.
    Add milk little by little and mix.
