  • Silken tofu : 150g
  • yam : 100g

  • (B) Dashi no Moto : 1 tsp
  • (B) Soy sauce : 1 tsp
  • (B) Kadoya's genuine sesame oil rich mouth : 2 tsp
  • Fine green onions (cut into small pieces) (for teppanyaki) : One
  • Kadoya sesame chili oil : 1 tsp
  • Tenkasu : 1 tablespoon
  • Kadoya's genuine sesame oil rich mouth (for baking) : 1 tsp

Procedure
