Ingredients
- Fine onions (for vermicelli with lots of green onions) : 40g
- Vermicelli : 80g (returned / dried 20g)
- (A) Glass soup base : 1 tsp
- (A) Sesame seeds : 1 tsp
- (A) Kadoya's genuine sesame oil : 1.5 tbsp
- egg : 1 piece
- Silken tofu : 150g
- yam : 100g
- egg : 1 piece
- (B) Dashi no Moto : 1 tsp
- (B) Soy sauce : 1 tsp
- (B) Kadoya's genuine sesame oil rich mouth : 2 tsp
- Fine green onions (cut into small pieces) (for teppanyaki) : One
- Kadoya sesame chili oil : 1 tsp
- Tenkasu : 1 tablespoon
- Kadoya's genuine sesame oil rich mouth (for baking) : 1 tsp

Cut the green onions into small pieces of about 3 to 5 mm, put them in a bowl, add the seasoning (A), and mix.
