- 玉ねぎ : 150g
- 水 : 1.2L
- (A)Miso : 200g
- (A) Sesame oil : 10cc
- (A) Pepper : 5振り
- (A)Japanese pepper : 3振り
- (A) Chili pepper : 5振り
- (B) Butter : 20g
- (B) Garlic : 20g
- (B) Ginger : 20g
- (C)Mirin : 15cc
- (C) Umami seasoning : 7g
- (C) Sugar : 3g
- ラード : 10g
- もやし : 100g
- ひき肉 : 90g
- ブラックペッパー : 3振り
- すりごま : 15g
- ネギ : 適量
- メンマ : 適量
- ラー油 : 5cc
- 麺 : 1人前

Add ground pork, onion, and water to a pot and loosen the ground pork.
Heat to loosen.
Once it boils, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. -

Adjust with a rubber spatula.
Heat a frying pan, add (B) and stir-fry over low heat.
Add (C) and stir-fry, then add to (A) and mix. -

Heat a frying pan, add lard and let it melt.
Add the bean sprouts and 90g of minced pork that has been strained from the soup and stir-fry.
Take 330cc of the soup from step 1 and add it.
Take 80g of the miso sauce from step 2 and add it.
Add ground sesame seeds and mix everything. -
