  • (C) Sugar : 3g
  • ラード : 10g
  • もやし : 100g
  • ひき肉 : 90g
  • ブラックペッパー : 3振り
  • すりごま : 15g
  • ネギ : 適量
  • メンマ : 適量
  • ラー油 : 5cc
  • 麺 : 1人前
