- black pepper (for sauce) : 適量
- 生黒胡椒 : 5粒程度
- Black pepper (for finishing) : 適量

Grill the pancetta over charcoal.

Add grated cheese and black pepper (for the sauce) to the egg yolk.
Mix the egg whites with a whisk.
Cut 1 pancetta. -

Boil the pasta.
Add the pasta to the frying pan and mix over the heat.
Add egg whites and mix. -
