- ホットケーキミックス : 150g
- 牛乳 : 100g
- グラニュー糖 : 適量

生地を作る

切り餅を1.m角くらいに切り、ボウルに入れる。
牛乳を加えて500Wの電子レンジで3分加熱する。
ヘラで混ぜ合わせ、馴染ませる。
なめらかになってダマがなくなったらホットケーキミックスを加える。
生地がまとまるまでヘラで混ぜ合わせる。
手に油(分量外)を薄く塗って、8等分に分けてそれぞれを丸める。 -

揚げる

フライパンにサラダ油(分量外)を入れ150～160℃に温める。
1を入れて揚げる。
時々裏返しながら、全面がきつね色になるまで揚げる。
揚げあがったら網に移して油を切る。 -
