- (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A)水 : 大さじ2
- (A)レモン汁 : 大さじ1
- わさび : 適量

Cut the cabbage into small pieces.
Cut bok choy in half lengthwise.
Divide the enoki mushrooms into small bundles. -

Add (A) to a small bowl and mix.

Arrange cabbage, bok choy, enoki mushrooms, and bean sprouts in that order in a bowl.
Place the pork on top of the bean sprouts, covering the vegetables.
Place the bowl in a boiling steamer.
Steam over medium to high heat for about 10 minutes and it's done.
Point
・You can choose the type and amount of meat and vegetables you like.
・It's easier to wrap vegetables when you eat them by making them the same length.
・Wrap vegetables with pork, or wrap vegetables with vegetables and eat with the sauce from step 2.
・You can wrap it with wasabi if you like.
