Ingredients

  • かぶ : 2~3個(約600g)
  • 水 : 70ml
  • 塩 : ひとつまみ
  • 牛乳 : 150ml

    鍋にかぶ、水、塩を入れ、弱めの火にかける。
    沸騰したら、弱火にして蓋をし、20分煮る。

    1の火を止めて、牛乳、コンソメキューブを加える。
    滑らかになるまでブレンダーにかける。
    味を見て、塩(分量外)を加えて調整する。

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 02:48

    2を温めて器に盛り付ける。
    オリーブオイル(分量外)、パセリ(分量外)をかけて完成。

Point

・Use small to medium-sized turnips.
