  • (B) Onion : 1/2 piece
  • (B) Canned tomatoes : 1/2 can
  • (B) Curry powder : 1 tablespoon
  • (B) Worcestershire sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • (B) Ketchup : 1 tablespoon
  • (B) Salt : a little
  • (B) Water : 50ml
  • (C) Bell pepper : 1 piece
  • (C) Onion : 1/2 piece
  • (C) Aibiki meat : 200g
  • (C) Grated ginger : 1/3 teaspoon
  • (C) Grated garlic : 1/3 teaspoon
  • (C) Ketchup : 1 tablespoon
  • (C) Curry powder : 1 tablespoon
  • (C) Miso : 1 tablespoon
  • (C) Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
