  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ5
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ3
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ2
  • (A)鰹粉 : 5g
  • (A)うま味だし : 9振り
  • (B)薄力粉 : 100g
  • (B)片栗粉 : 50g
  • (B)水 : 100g

Procedure

  1. 1) 具材を切る 02:47

    ごぼうは洗い、上下を少し切り落として縦半分に切った後、斜めに薄切りにして鍋に入れる。
    人参を縦半分に切って斜めに薄い切りにして鍋に入れる。
    椎茸を薄くスライスして鍋に入れる。
    鶏もも肉は一口大に切って鍋に入れる。

    Add water (for stock) to Step 1, add (A), and heat.
