中心に卵を割り入れ、爪楊枝で卵の黄身に2箇所ほど穴をあける。
塩昆布をふり、めんつゆを回しかける。

・約1人分の分量である。
・耐熱容器に材料を乗せて、電子レンジで加熱するだけで簡単に作れるチーズ卵湯豆腐のレシピである。
・めんつゆは4倍濃縮のものを使用している。
・500Wの電子レンジを使用する場合は、3分36秒加熱する。
