- 厚揚げ : 1枚(約200g)
- 醤油 : 大さじ1
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ2~3
- サラダ油 : 適量
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1·1/2
- (A)酢 : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Grated ginger : 1かけ
- (A)青ねぎ(小口切り) : 1~2本分
