- (A) Cocoa powder : 20g
- (A)Baking powder : 6g
- (A) Cane sugar : 45g
- Unsalted butter : 35g
- 卵 : 50g
- 牛乳 : 40g
- チョコレート : 適量
- 強力粉 : 適量

生地を作る

Add the eggs to a bowl and mix, then add the milk and mix.
Mix (A) in another bowl, then add everything in the other bowl and mix.
Add melted unsalted butter and mix until the dough comes together, then take it out.
Once the dough is flattened, cut a piece of card in the middle of the dough and layer it on top, repeating this process twice.
Spread an appropriate amount of flour, flatten the dough, cut it in the middle, stack it on top of each other, cut it again and form it into a rectangle about 4cm thick. -

190度のオーブンで16分焼く。 -

溶かしたチョコレートを焼きあがったスコーンの上に適量かけ、刻んだチョコレートを適量乗せる。
チョコレートが固まったらお皿に並べて完成。
