- (A)醤油 : 25g
- (A)水飴 : 60g
- (A)砂糖 : 25g
- (A)塩 : 1g
- 海藻 : 4枚
- ごま : 適量

Add (A) to a saucepan and simmer over low heat while stirring well.

Sandwich sesame seeds

Place the nori seaweed on the work surface and spread 1 over the entire surface with a brush.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Place another sheet of seaweed on the work surface and spread 1 all over it.
Place the seasoned side down on top of the nori sprinkled with sesame seeds, sandwiching the seeds in between.
Using a cotton swab, roll it over the top of the nori to crush the sesame seeds and ensure the two sheets of nori stay together.
