    1に生地を流し入れ、軽く持ち上げて落とすを2~3回繰り返す。

    Place a heat-resistant container on top, cover and steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

・A recipe for brown sugar steamed bread that can be easily made in a frying pan.
If you use solid brown sugar, chop it finely.
・Use large eggs.
-Adding honey and soy sauce gives it a rich, delicious flavor.
・If the hot water runs out while steaming, add more water (not included in the recipe).
