- (A)コショウ : 少々
- パセリ : 少々

Prepare the potatoes

Cut a cross into the top and bottom of washed new potatoes with the skin still on.
Transfer to a heat-resistant plastic bag, seal the top and make air holes at the bottom.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
Hit the bag from the top with a knife to crush it. -

混ぜながら中火で焼き、途中で(A)を振りかける。
全体に焼き色がついたら、パセリを振りかけて完成。
Point
・300g of new potatoes is the equivalent of 4 to 5 small potatoes.
- If you roast the skin of new potatoes thoroughly, they will taste delicious.
When heating in a microwave, be sure to open an air hole to prevent explosion.
