- ニラ : 1束(100~120g)
- garlic : 1 piece
- (A) Doubanjiang : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Cane sugar : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1
- (A) Roasted sesame seeds : 大さじ1

Wash and drain the chives, then cut them into pieces 3-4cm wide.
Make a cut in the bottom half of the thick part at the base.
Transfer the leeks to a zip bag. -

Add the grated garlic and (A) to 1, close the container, and shake to mix.
Remove the air, seal the container again, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
Point
If you want it spicier, add chili pepper.
・Garlic can be substituted with 1 teaspoon of garlic paste.
・Cane sugar can be substituted with sugar.
・Can be stored in the refrigerator for approximately 5 days.
