  • 塩 : 適量
  • コショウ : 適量

  • パセリ : 適量

    ハサミで中骨を切って取り除く。
    内臓を取り除く。
    水で洗い流す。
    キッチンペーパーで水気を拭き取る。
    大きい骨が残っていれば骨抜きで抜く。
    開いた状態で置き、尾の先をハサミで切る。

    2の両面に塩、コショウを振る。
    いわしの全体に小麦粉をまぶす。
    いわしの身側に卵、パン粉の順で衣を付ける。
